Sheep Unit to Undergo Electrical Outage on Thursday, May 26

Summary of disruption: The Electrical Infrastructure Upgrade (EIU) Project contractor will interrupt power to the Sheep Unit (Building 38) from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Thursday, May 26. Campus electrical crews will be on standby to restore power.

Reason for disruption: Allow EIU contractor crews to install electrical equipment that will be part of the new campus power system.    

How does this affect me? Avoid being in the building during the power outage.

What do I need to do? Turn off lights and other electronic equipment before leaving offices and workspaces on Wednesday, May 25. Please share this information with others who may have not received this message.
