Fire Alarm Tests Scheduled in Science Laboratory on Friday, Aug. 21

Update on disruption: Fire alarm testing in the Science Laboratory (Building 3) is scheduled on Friday, Aug. 21, from approximately 7 a.m. to 1 p.m.  

Reason for disruption: Allow the university to conduct state-mandated annual testing of the fire alarm system in each building.

How does this affect me? Loud horns and flashing strobe lights will be activated during testing. The HVAC system will undergo interruptions. Elevators will not be affected.

What do I need to do? Avoid being in the buildings during testing. Please share this information with others who may have not received this message.
