Move Vehicles From Building 98C, Voorhis Circle and Paseo by 4 p.m. on Friday, June 23

Summary of disruption: Service vehicles and other campus vehicles parked in spaces in front of Building 98C, Voorhis Circle and the Paseo are required to be moved no later than 4 p.m. on Friday, June 23 to accommodate weekend filming.

Reason for disruption: Filming and production will be staged around the front of Building 98C, the Paseo and the closed section of Magnolia Lane starting at 8 a.m. on Sunday, June 25. Filming is expected to finish by 8:30 p.m.

How does this affect me? Relocate any vehicles or service vehicles parked at Building 98C, Voorhis Circle or the Paseo to spaces away from the filming location.

What do I need to do? Please share this information with others in the building or departments that park service vehicles near the production site.
