Utility Installation at Modular Data Center Site to Commence on Wednesday, Nov. 4

Summary of Disruption: The Modular Data Center (MDC) contractor will begin trenching and installing utilities on Wednesday, Nov. 4. Crews will excavate and trench the site on weekdays from approximately 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The area will be fenced off. The roadway from the Bronco Recreation and Intramural Complex (BRIC) to the Music Building will be temporarily closed. Utility installation is expected to be completed in late November.

Reason for Disruption: Allow MDC contractor crews to start installing utilities.    

How does this affect me? The work area will be fenced off and construction and detour signs will be posted. Emergency vehicles and campus vehicles can use the pathway west of the Bronco Student Center for access.

What do I need to do? Use caution when approaching the work area. Please share this information with others who may have not received this message.
