Fire Alarm System Tests Scheduled at Darlene May Gymnasium Starting at 6 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 12

Summary of disruptions: State-mandated testing of the fire alarm system at Darlene May Gymnasium (Building 41) is scheduled from 6 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 12.  

Reasons for disruption: Allow contractor crews to test fire alarm pull stations, duct detectors, damper operation, strobe lights and speaker functions prior to final inspection by the state fire marshal.

How does this affect me? Flashing strobe lights and audible fire alarms will be activated during the tests.

What do I need to do? Avoid being in the building during testing. Please share this information with others in the building who may have not received this message.
