Fire Alarm Tests Scheduled in Eight Buildings on Wednesday, Dec. 9

Summary of disruption: Fire alarm testing is scheduled in eight buildings on Wednesday, Dec. 9 from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.  

Tests will be performed in:

Building 45 (Agricultural Engineering/AMM)  

Buildings 86, 86A, 86B and 86C (English Language Institute)

Buildings 89, 89A, 89B (Interim Design Center)

Reason for disruption: Allow the university to conduct state-mandated annual testing of the fire alarm system in each campus building.

How does this affect me? Elevators in Building 45 will not be operational during testing. The HVAC system will undergo interruptions. Loud horns and flashing strobe lights may be triggered during tests.
