Additional Valve Repair in Music Building Forces Water Shutdown Until Noon on Monday, July 17

Summary of disruption: Unforeseen valve repairs will force the shutoff of water to the Music Building (Building 24) until approximately noon on Monday, July 17. Campus crews will be on standby to restore water service.

Reason for disruption: Allow contractor crews to make repairs to an auxiliary water valve for the water hydrant.

How does this affect me? Water to restrooms, faucets, filling stations and water fountains will be out of service.

What do I need to do? Use restrooms, faucets and filling stations in nearby buildings. Please share this information with others in the building who may have not received this message.
