Installation of Duct Bank Adjacent to Building 94 to Begin on Wednesday, April 14
Summary of disruption: The Electrical Infrastructure Upgrade (EIU) Project contractor will install an electrical duct bank adjacent to Building 94 (University Office Building) starting on Wednesday, April 14. The work will be performed on weekdays from approximately 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The work is scheduled to be completed in late April.
Reason for disruption: Allow EIU contractor crews to start installing the new electrical system.
How does this affect me? Pathway access for pedestrians will remain open. Access to adjacent buildings will not be impacted. A small section of sidewalk near Building 94 and the College of Education & Integrative Studies (Building 6) will be closed. Use detours around the work area.
What do I need to do? Pedestrians are urged to use caution when approaching the work area. Please share this information with others who may have not received this message.
