Crane to Place Transformers Adjacent to Residence Hall on Friday, Dec. 3

Summary of Disruption: The Electrical Infrastructure Upgrade (EIU) Project contractor will position a crane to hoist transformers into place near Cedritos Residence Hall (Building 58) from approximately 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 3. One traffic lane along that section of University Drive will be blocked. Flagmen will direct traffic near the work site.

Reason for Disruption: Allow contractor crews to start installing components of the new electrical system.

How does this affect me? Pedestrians and drivers of campus vehicles are urged to use caution when approaching the work area.

What do I need to do? Follow the directions of flagmen near the work area. Please share this information with others who may have not received this message.
