Replacement of Concrete Walkway Along Campus Center to Start at 6 a.m. on Saturday, May 4

Summary of disruption: Contractor crews will use a jackhammer to demolish a concrete walkway near Campus Center (Building 97) starting at approximately 6 a.m. on Saturday, May 4. A concrete truck will temporarily obstruct a pathway near the building. The work is expected to be completed by 5 p.m.

Reason for disruption: Allow for the installation of a new concrete walkway and extend parking for the Poly Trolley behind the Campus Center.

How does this affect me? The work area will be coned off and workers using flags will direct pedestrians and drivers. The jackhammer will produce loud noises during the concrete demolition.

What do I need to do? Use detours to get around the site. Please share this information with others who may have not received this message.
