Truck to Pour Concrete at Darlene May Gymnasium Starting at 9 a.m. on Friday, May 12

Summary of disruption: Contractor crews will pour concrete for a remodeling project at Darlene May Gymnasium (Building 41) starting at approximately 9 a.m. on Friday, May 12. The concrete truck will temporarily obstruct a pathway near the building. The work is expected to be completed by 1 p.m.  

Reason for disruption: Allow for the installation of a new concrete slab in the Kinesiology Department exercise room.

How does this affect me? The work area will be coned off and workers using flags will direct pedestrians and drivers of campus vehicles.

What do I need to do? Use detours to get around the site. Please share this information with others in the building who may have not received this message.
