Power Interruption Scheduled at College of Engineering Starting on Friday, Aug. 12

Summary of Disruption: The Electrical Infrastructure Upgrade (EIU) Project contractor will interrupt power to the north and south towers of the College of Engineering (Building 9) starting at 6 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 12. Campus electrical crews will be on standby to restore power by 6 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 18.  

Reason for disruption: Allow contractor crews to initiate electrical loop tie-ins to the new campus electrical system.  

How does this affect me? Avoid being in the buildings during the power interruption.
