Trenching Along Section of Camphor Lane to Start on Monday, March 1
Summary of Disruption: The Electrical Infrastructure Upgrade (EIU) project contractor will trench along a section of Camphor Lane between the Biotechnology Building (Building 4) and the College of Letters, Arts & Social Sciences (Building 5) starting on Monday, March 1. The work will be performed on weekdays from approximately 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Work areas will be fenced off and completion is expected by mid-March.
Reason for Disruption: Allow EIU contractor crews to start installing the new electrical system.
How does this affect me? Follow the directions of flagmen. Some parking spaces next to buildings and driveway access will be impacted. Emergency vehicle access will be allowed. The road will be open at night.
What do I need to do? Drivers and pedestrians are urged to use caution when approaching the work site. Please share this information with others who may have not received this message.
