Apparel Merchandising and Management Building to Undergo Exterior Painting Starting on Monday, April 4

Summary of disruption: The exterior front and sides of the Apparel Merchandising and Management facility (Building 45) will be undergoing painting starting on Monday, April 4. Painting will be performed weekdays from approximately 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and is expected to be completed on Wednesday April 13.  

Reason for disruption: Allow crews to prepare exterior before applying a new coat of paint.

How does this affect me? Articulating boom lifts, pressure washers, paint sprayers and plastic sheeting will be used on the front and sides of the building. The back of the building will not be impacted. There may be periodic noise disruptions.

What do I need to do? Use caution when approaching the building and be aware of workers, materials and equipment on the project site.
