Art Department and Engineering Annex to Undergo Air Conditioning Shutdown at 5 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 5

Summary of Disruption: Air conditioning to the Art Department and Engineering Annex (Building 13) will be shut down starting at 5 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 5. Campus crews will restore air conditioning by 8 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 8.

Reason for disruption: Temporarily stop leaks in the chilled water line and prevent potential for catastrophic water damage over the weekend until permanent repairs can be made.

How does this affect me? Air-conditioning in the building will not be available.
