Roof Replacement Project at Building One to Start at 6 a.m. on Wednesday, July 31

Summary of disruption: The roof of Building One will be torn out and replaced starting at 6 a.m. on Wednesday, July 31. Contractor crews will perform the work on weekdays from approximately 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. The loading dock on the south side of the building will be used as a staging area. The project is expected to be completed by Friday, Aug. 16.

Reason for disruption: Allow for the demolition and installation of a new roof.

How does this affect me? The work is expected to produce low-level noise during the demolition phase.

What do I need to do? Drivers of campus vehicles and pedestrians are urged to use caution when approaching the work area. Please share this information with others who may have not received this message.
