California State Senator Leyva Visits The Collins College of Hospitality Management
The Collins College of Hospitality Management had the pleasure of hosting Senator Connie Leyva for lunch and a tour of its state-of-the-art facilities.
She had the chance to interact with students and meet faculty and staff. Cal Poly Pomona’s President Soraya M. Coley, Dean Lea Dopson and student ambassadors joined the senator for lunch at The Restaurant at Kellogg Ranch, which is operated and managed by Collins College students as part of the hands-on curriculum.
“We are grateful that Senator Leyva took time out of her busy schedule to visit The Collins College at Cal Poly Pomona,” says Dopson. “She is impressed by our program and is excited about our college's growth."
