Alex has been with the City Club Los Angeles since 2015. Starting as an intern, he assisted in a number of roles with various departments, from Private Events to Member Relations. After thriving with those diverse responsibilities, he moved up to his current position of Service Director. He now focuses on Operations and Member Services.

After graduating, the club has been a perfect environment for him to apply textbook knowledge to real-life service scenarios. Though CCLA’s members keep him on his toes, Alex always aims for complete guest satisfaction with each and every request.

Prior to joining CCLA, Alex worked for Caruso, the company that built and manages iconic lifestyle centers such as The Grove and The Americana at Brand. It was there that he first cultivated his passion for hospitality as a concierge and porter.

When Alex is not working, he loves to travel, study new restaurants or events in LA, and relax with friends & family over board games.
