Romantic Ecocriticism, New Book by English Professor Dewey Hall
English Professor Dewey Hall has a new edited volume of essays out, Romantic Ecocriticism: Origins and Legacies, published by Lexington Books in March 2016. The collection, edited by Hall, brings together an international group of scholars writing on the transnational and transhistorical aspects of ecological themes within Romanticism.
Gillen D'Arcy Wood has said of the book: "With his edited collection, Romantic Ecocriticism, Dewey Hall launches a much-needed 'new wave' of eco-historical scholarship of Romanticism, one that explores ecocriticism's own historical roots in transatlantic writing of the late Georgian period."
Many congradulations, Dewey!
