Ted Pugh Poetry Award
CPP students are invited to submit their best original poetry for the 2017 Ted Pugh Poetry Award. This award is presented in honor of Edward “Ted” Pugh, a CPP alumnus and poet.
Submission and award information:
- Up to $200 in prizes for best original poem or poems judged as a body of work
- Open to all Cal Poly Pomona students
- Prizes presented at the annual EFL Outstanding Student Reception
- Participants submit up to 3 original poems
- Deadline for submission is Friday, April 28
To apply, submit an Application Form, which must include a statement of financial need and a list of the poem titles. Do not include any identifying information (name or contact information) on the poems themselves.
