CEIS to Host Series of Faculty Meet and Greets

The College of Education and Integrative Studies will kick off its virtual faculty meet and greets program on Thursday, Sept. 30 at noon with Department of Liberal Studies Assistant Professor Maya Stovall.
"Who’s Who in CEIS” aims to provide students with an opportunity to meet faculty and learn about their journey into higher education, research projects underway, favorite campus events, strategies for success and more. Each session will be moderated by CEIS Associate Dean Joanne Van Boxtel.
"I want to thank the advising team and our outstanding faculty for this collaborative effort,” said Van Boxtel. "I am looking forward to facilitating a way for students and faculty to connect on a more personal level.”
The schedule is as follows:
Sept. 30 – Assistant Professor Maya Stovall, Department of Liberal Studies
Oct. 14 – Associate Professor Jose Aguilar-Hernández
Oct. 28 – Rosanne Welch, lecturer, Department of Interdisciplinary General Education
Nov. 18 – Associate Professor Giselle Navarro-Cruz, Department of Early Childhood Studies
Dec. 2 – Assistant Professor Jeff Roy, Department of Liberal Studies
