Garcia has had a very successful career in market research and currently serves as the Chief Operations Officer at Veracity Insight and owns Garcia Research which focuses on U.S. Hispanic consumer research. With over four decades of hands-on involvement within the marketing insights industry, he reflects on what has changed and what has remained constant within the insights profession. He also comments on what the future might hold for insights professionals by reflecting on the changing consumer and an industry that is adapting, adjusting, and recalibrating.
