Hened is an undergraduate senior studying International Business. She joined the Center in the summer of 2022 to expand her skills in market research and analytics, as she aspires to work in marketing consulting after graduation. She is part of the Covid-19 Hospitality research group which aims to research how Covid-19 has impacted the hospitality industry. Aside from working at the Center, she also does freelance makeup. In the far future, she wants to start her own cosmetics company.

- Won first place for the Behavioral and Social Sciences track at the 11th Annual RSCA Conference, Cal Poly Pomona, March 4, 20232 for research titled “How Do Consumers Form Their Intentions to Wear a Mask During Their Stay in Coffee Shops?” and earned a ticket to represent Cal Poly Pomona at the 37th Annual CSU Student Research to be held in-person at San Diego State University on April 28-29th, 2023, with Adrian Cruz.
