Create an Email Signature

Consistent style reinforces Cal Poly Pomona’s brand identity. Faculty and staff are encouraged to use the official email signature.

• The basic signature requires only your name, title, department, phone and email.
• The expanded signature includes the university social media accounts.

  • Social channels default to the university’s channels. To customize, type in your unit’s channel(s).

Select a signature style, type in your information into the generator and copy and paste the signature to Microsoft Outlook.
