Advising Appointments and Drop-In Hours

Appointments
(Virtual or In-person)
A formal appointment (30 minutes) with your assigned advisor to discuss:
- California Promise Program
- CPP Connect Planner (Multiple Semesters)
- Degree Progress Review (DPR)
- Transfer Credit Review (TCR)
- Senior Graduation Check
- Petitions
- Other (Please describe in the comments section on CPP Connect)
You may not be able to switch from an in-person appointment to a virtual appointment, or vice versa, after scheduling.
Drop-In Advising
No appointment is necessary. Drop-in appointments are informal check-ins (five to 10 minutes) to ask any of the following:- Registration questions
- University policy/procedure questions
- CPP Connect Planner (single semester)
- To refer you to campus resources
- Change/add major/minor into agriculture
Please note: our advisors do not provide Senior Graduation Checks or DPR/TCR Reviews during drop-in hours; you must schedule an appointment on CPP Connect for these services.
In addition, our advisors do not distribute permission numbers during drop-ins; please email your advisor regarding permission numbers.
