Justin Alvarez, Cal Poly Pomona Enterprise Foundation

It is my pleasure to write this review for Justin Alvarez whose exceptional performance and dedication to their role have been an inspiration to our team. Justin consistently demonstrates a strong work ethic, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a commitment to excellence. Their ability to jump in and problem solve has had a significant positive impact on our department (BOCO Office) and overall team success. One of the qualities I admire most about Justin is their collaborative spirit. They excel at fostering teamwork, encouraging open communication, and ensuring that every voice is heard. Their approachable demeanor makes them a trusted and valued colleague. In addition to their technical expertise, Justin consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Their proactive approach and attention to detail have helped us avoid potential challenges and meet deadlines with confidence.

Zaria Towery, Cal Poly Pomona Enterprise Foundation

I wanted to nominate one of our University Village Graduate Coordinators Zaza Towery for the incredible work she did in facilitating our spring semester evacuation drill at the University Village last night. This was her first time coordinating the process and while a bit nervous to start, she led our team confidently and directly. Through her facilitation, we were able to evacuate all of our residents from their apartments 30 minutes faster then our Fall semester evacuation drill! Great job Zaza!
