Benefits of Trees
Our Urban Forest

Trees offer a wide range of benefits for the environment, human health, and communities. They improve air quality by absorbing pollutants and releasing oxygen, and help mitigate climate change by storing carbon. Trees also reduce urban heat through shading and cool the atmosphere, while their roots prevent soil erosion and reduce the risk of flooding. In addition to environmental advantages, trees promote well-being by reducing stress and improving mental health.
