Cal Poly Pomona Email Services
Applicants
Email communications to Cal Poly Pomona Applicants are sent to their third-party (e.g. Yahoo, Gmail, etc.) personal email address that was provided in the Applicant’s CSU Mentor application. Applicants that wish to change their personal email address need to do so through their Student Portal (MyCPP).
Once you have accepted your offer of Admissions and are then fully admitted as a student, an Office 365 mailbox will be available for you to use and email communications will begin to be directed there. If you don't have a personal email address, you will need to navigate to the IT Service Portal and enter a request.
If you cannot log into your Student Portal to change your personal email address, or the IT Service Portal to enter a request, please use the eHelp Request Form.
Students

Use your complete @cpp.edu email address (e.g.,billybronco@cpp.edu) as your userid, along with your BroncoPassword.
Employees
- Microsoft Office 365 (@cpp.edu)
